When we first got introduced to Rello, I was unsure of how it would go considering we had not moved in a long time and was used to communicating with estate agent and solicitor, but once we understood how it worked and managed, trust me with any form of chain involved a platform like Rello is a huge help, Emma stride at Rello was fantastic at managing everything and very fast and efficient at dealing with any communication, also milestones throughout the process were chased down to ensure closed and onto the next, Emma has been there every step of the way and will do anything within the process to take as much stress away as possible, not all estate agents seem to use platforms like Rello but I would highly recommend more do, just having the App that gets regular updates showing you where everyone stands towards exchange and completion really does help. Yes we done take so longh like a year to complete everything but nit from agency them wos very nice and good service but solicitors from Gordon property to be fair take 1 year to complete we have to apply 2 times for mortgage wich I'm not gonna suggest anymore.

Emma Stride at Rello was fantastic , nothing was too much for her. She was a friendly voice on the other end othe phone especialy on days when i thought we would never move.
