Meet the team
Andy Weston
CEO
Andy is an entrepreneurial technologist and innovator with a passion for improving the home moving process.
As co-founder of several successful prop-tech businesses including Smoove plc, eHips Ltd and Goto Group, he has a track record for conceiving and realising great ideas.
Most recently, Andy served as a board director at Smoove plc.
Ralph Barton
CTO
Ralph is a software engineer and architect with over 20 years experience.
For 10 of these, he worked closely with Andy at Smoove plc as technical lead for their flagship products eConveyancer and DigitalMove.
Ralph has led development teams of all sizes, building secure and scalable SaaS platforms, using the latest cloud computing and microservice technologies.
Nancy Miller
Sales Director
Nancy has come from a background of Estate Agency, working for many firms in London ending her 21 year career in Dexters as a Director of Sales. Nancy runs our business development team bringing her wealth of experience and knowledge of what agents want and need to help us grow and improve in all the right directions. Nancy lives at home with her partner, two children and a rescue rabbit called Louie.
Keata Murray
Head of Marketing
With over 20 years’ experience growing brands across technology, retail, and lifestyle, Keata brings a blend of creative storytelling and commercial focus to Rello.
Passionate about helping estate agents succeed, she leads Rello’s marketing that connects our sales progression and conveyancing solutions to the needs of modern agents. By shaping strategies that build trust, engage customers, and drive results, she ensures Rello’s brand reflects its mission: making property transactions smoother, faster, and better for everyone involved.
