Andy Weston

CEO

Andy is an entrepreneurial technologist and innovator with a passion for improving the home moving process.

As co-founder of several successful prop-tech businesses including Smoove plc, eHips Ltd and Goto Group, he has a track record for conceiving and realising great ideas.

Most recently, Andy served as a board director at Smoove plc.

Ralph Barton

CTO

Ralph is a software engineer and architect with over 20 years experience.

For 10 of these, he worked closely with Andy at Smoove plc as technical lead for their flagship products eConveyancer and DigitalMove.

Ralph has led development teams of all sizes, building secure and scalable SaaS platforms, using the latest cloud computing and microservice technologies.

Tomas White

Business Development Manager

Tom is an enthusiastic, self-driven character who thrives off helping Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents provide a service like no other for their clients.

Moving house can be extremely stressful, and Tom understands the importance of making sure the process is as seamless as possible and believes Rello has the best proposition to ensure this happens.

Josh has spent several years working in the property industry learning what needs to be improved and is now determined to put that to use at Rello , delivering an excellent experience for Mortgage Brokers, Estate Agents and their clients.

Kylie started in Estate Agency 26 years ago and has held most positions within the business from Branch Administrator to Regional Sales Manager. Most recently she had been involved with New Build Development as Regional Progression Manager/Sales Pipeline Manager. She has a track record for exceeding targets and helping agents achieve personal and group sales goal.

Whilst delivering an outstanding level of care, service, and personal dedication to Vendors and Purchasers, some fantastic relationships have been built with many legal teams and financial consultants along the way meaning that she can often obtain an answer where others fail.

Tracy Sicurello

Move Progressor

Tracy is passionate about helping others and making a difference in people’s lives. She uses her years of experience to help drive sales forward.

She loves having the opportunity to connect with clients on a personal level. Whether it’s discussing their concerns and anxieties, or simply providing a listening ear.
