Meet the team
Andy Weston
CEO
Andy is an entrepreneurial technologist and innovator with a passion for improving the home moving process.
As co-founder of several successful prop-tech businesses including Smoove plc, eHips Ltd and Goto Group, he has a track record for conceiving and realising great ideas.
Most recently, Andy served as a board director at Smoove plc.
Ralph Barton
CTO
Ralph is a software engineer and architect with over 20 years experience.
For 10 of these, he worked closely with Andy at Smoove plc as technical lead for their flagship products eConveyancer and DigitalMove.
Ralph has led development teams of all sizes, building secure and scalable SaaS platforms, using the latest cloud computing and microservice technologies.
Philip Chaplin
Sales Director
After spending the early part of his career as a UK Detective, Philip has spent the past 25 years helping develop businesses in technology, manufacturing and consumer-focussed services. He brings his experience and inquisitive mind to Rello seeking solutions for estate agents, mortgage brokers and particularly home-movers to make the home-buying experience smoother and quicker for all.
Nancy Miller
Business Development Director
Nancy has come from a background of Estate Agency, working for many firms in London ending her 21 year career in Dexters as a Director of Sales. Nancy runs our business development team bringing her wealth of experience and knowledge of what agents want and need to help us grow and improve in all the right directions. Nancy lives at home with her partner, two children and a rescue rabbit called Louie.
Kylie Tucker
Move Progression Platform Manager
Kylie started in Estate Agency 26 years ago and has held most positions within the business from Branch Administrator to Regional Sales Manager. Most recently she had been involved with New Build Development as Regional Progression Manager/Sales Pipeline Manager. She has a track record for exceeding targets and helping agents achieve personal and group sales goal.
Whilst delivering an outstanding level of care, service, and personal dedication to Vendors and Purchasers, some fantastic relationships have been built with many legal teams and financial consultants along the way meaning that she can often obtain an answer where others fail.
Tracy Sicurello
Move Progressor
Tracy is passionate about helping others and making a difference in people’s lives. She uses her years of experience to help drive sales forward.
She loves having the opportunity to connect with clients on a personal level. Whether it’s discussing their concerns and anxieties, or simply providing a listening ear.
Kevin Hall
Mortgage Broker Specialist
Kevin is a former mortgage broker with extensive experience in the industry. He brings a deep understanding of the challenges mortgage brokers face and is dedicated to supporting them in delivering exceptional service to their clients.
At Rello, Kevin’s role is to connect with mortgage brokers, leveraging his industry insights to help them streamline the home moving process. His focus is on building strong relationships and ensuring that brokers can rely on Rello for efficient and seamless transactions.
