As a Sales Progressor at Rello, you’ll be a vital part of our customer journey. You’ll manage the property sales process from offer to completion, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents to ensure smooth, efficient progress. Your expertise and dedication will help reduce delays, resolve issues, and ultimately help our clients achieve their dreams of homeownership.

We will train you to use our industry leading platform and you will bring your sales progression experience and people skills in order to provide an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage property transactions, ensuring timely progress through each stage.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders, including conveyancers, estate agents, and their clients, providing regular updates and resolving queries.
  • Proactively identify and address potential delays or issues in the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records and use Rello’s cutting-edge tools to monitor progress and performance.
  • Deliver a customer-first approach, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.
