Yes we done take so longh like a year to complete everything but nit from agency them wos very nice and good service but solicitors from Gordon property to be fair take 1 year to complete we have to apply 2 times for mortgage wich I'm not gonna suggest anymore.

Emma went over and above lots of time over a 6 month move ! I felt I could contact her anytime and she would always try to help us ...A big thank you

Emma Stride at Rello was fantastic , nothing was too much for her. She was a friendly voice on the other end othe phone especialy on days when i thought we would never move. Emma was professional , knowlegeable, helpful and very understanding and i cannot thank her enough for what she did for us during a very stressful time. Emma looked after us, on what was at times a very stressful and complicated journey. She was always really quick to answer any questions and concerns we had ( and there were plenty) Her professionalism and calm approach was second to none. Rello handled the administration of our recent house sale and purchase on behalf of our Estate Agent. It wasn't the easiest sale and purchase by any means and yet Emma was so efficient at chasing everyone and keeping us informed with up to date information, to try to alleviate our stress.
