What do others say about Rello?

It's alright to visualise where things are up to with the conveyancing, but the person at Rello that requests updates from the solicitors is missing a trick that could be helpful. Yes they request updates and put the information in Rello. But my conveyancing process was slow and the solicitors misunderstood each-other. It would be nice if Rello were smarter when talking to the solicitors involved, asking them for ETAs and tried to hold them to account. You could argue it's the solicitors responsibility to hold themselves accountable to actually doing and chasing things, but word on the street is that this rarely happens. Who speaks loudest gets the attention. Rello could really help with this if they wanted to be more than just a visualisation of where things are up to. It seems Rello don't really care about making sure things are progressing, they just care about putting the latest status in Rello - which is a shame. Until then, it's Microsoft Word files going backwards and forwards between solicitors, and progress being made when somebody else chases them. (At least in my case)

It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Kevin, our Rello chain progressor. He has been professional and supportive through a very frustrating time during which we have had more than our fair share of bad luck and setbacks. Every update I have sent him has always appeared on the platform within minutes. If only everyone involved in the purchase of our first house could have had as much integrity and efficiency as Kevin, things would have been a lot less stressful. It's been a welcome change to see someone take pride in what they do!

Kevin Hall at Rello has been an absolute angel, whenever I need anything, he is literally just a call or email away (and calls back if he's otherwise occupied) and that is a huge thing when trying to spin multiple plates at the same time. thank you Kevin!
