⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing service from Saphire at Rello! Since Saphire took over our case, the whole process of buying our first home has been completely smooth and stress-free. Every time I’ve called, she’s picked up within the first three rings — always friendly, reassuring, and on top of everything. She’s kept in touch with me every single day, updating me on progress and making sure I understood every step. I couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone. In fact, I’ll genuinely be sad when the process is complete — mainly because it means I won’t get to speak to Saphire anymore! She’s been an absolute star and a huge credit to Rello. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a calm, professional, and caring experience during what can be such a stressful time.

I was really impressed with our Rello representative and it was a very useful service to have in keeping all the communication together from the different parties involved with the house buying process (Solicitor, Estate agent, Mortgage advisor etc). Our rep also actively chased updates on our behalf throughout the buying process and these were very easy to access on the Rello portal.
